Apparently Jerry at From on High believes it only has one use. I’ve already proposed that NASA be eliminated or else establish a quantifiable and justifiable goal to achieve in the next 10 – 20 years. An example? How about a manned mission to Mars within the next 15 years? Barring something such as that, scrap NASA and get out of the space game.
