Norman Leahy, at Tertium Quids, has this take on the possibility of a McDonnell administration seeking to eliminate the personal income tax in Virginia. I tend to agree with his assessment that with great ideas, come great risks. As I mentioned in a comment on this post, if McDonnell has the cajones to propose and then execute this proposal, more power to him.
